Book Week 2012

We have had such fun during Book Week this week. Each day we had some activity involving books - we read books with each other, with other students, read with our Grandparents and fathers and did lots of dressing up.

 We raised over $1400 to purchase new books for our school library - so thank you so much!

    Wow what a great slide show! We loved watching it. What a fun week book week was. It's was great seeing everyone dressed up on Friday.
    My favorite book at the moment is a Lego book. Its all about police lego.
    My all time favorite book is called "the old red tractor" it's about a little boy who breaks his old red peddle tractor and then fixes it.

    My all time favorite picture book is " Edward the Emu" - I love lots of books, however, this is one I love to read to children again and again. My favorite chapter book for children is 'Charlotte's Web" it was a book I had as a child (I still have it) and I have read it lots of times.
