Here we are being 'teachers' with the class at the beginning of writing time. Blends help us to read and write. We are able to 'spot' them in all kinds of places and hear them in words - we are now learning to write them in our stories.

I see blends at school, at home and on signs infact everywhere. My favourite blend is "Th" like in thank you. Mum's is Strawberry "Str". Love Lucy.
