Mathemagicians in Ruru...
In Ruma Ruru we are all mathemagicians who love learning new maths ideas.
We have been building our knowledge in... ways to make 10, using ways to make 10 in the tens and hundreds, learning doubles to 10 and halves of (which are opposites to doubles!).
We are also learning to skip count in 2, 5 and 10... just ask us. See if you can trick us by asking us to count in 10's from 7 or 8 or 6?
We also enjoy using our Music SMART to learn to count in different ways.

Wow Ruma Ruru, what amazing Mathemagicians you all are. I can't remember being lucky enough to learn such cool ways of counting and dividing when I was 5 or 6. Keep up the good work Ruma Ruru.
